My father is selling my house but he tranfered it as gift to her many months ago and now without her permission he is selling it and also beating her everyday by drinking
Well, in that case, you aware her that she is the owner of the house now and without her permission, Father cannot legally transfer the house. Tell her to lodge a Police Complaint as well as guide her to file a Civil Suit!
