This is a land issue regarding a land in suryapet district

see I have A land which is 13 acres which I completed the registration but the buyer did pay me only for 11 acres and gave me a 100 rs bond saying that if you show me the physical land after completion of survey then I will pay back your money , The agreement is made in 2018 now what I have to do
hi first need to see the sale deed its terms and conditions of the sale deed and if he is not paying for the 2 acres and then you could send legal notice to him for paying for remaining 2 acres of land
