the Seller sent OS Civil Suit After Selleing The Agriculture Land

A Guy Approached my dad in 2010 Saying He Want to Sell His Agriculture Land And My Dad Said Him He Dont Have Mutation & RTC To Buy Agriculture Land So The Seller Told My Dad He Will Bring Khata From Local Municipality By Bribing The Officials He Took The Dummy Door Number With Khata Extract And Made a Sale Deed Without Mentioning Survey Number And Took 7.80 Lakhs From dad And The Sale Deed Was Executed And After 10 Years His RTC is Still Running on that Seller Name And NOw He HAs Filled a Os Civil Suit That We Had Created False Documents ANd We Are Trying To interefear His Property ? We Have Submitted The Original Sale Deed To The Court And TAx Paid Reciepts..I just Want To Ask That if his RTC is Running Do We Loose The Property in Court ?
