The property is divided 3 warrish but not mentioned the area

My grandfather actually divided the property into 3 warrish but now the two owner want to sell there land but one co owner is not consent can the 2 co owner sell there share? If they sell what legal action can taken by non consenting owner?
When several persons are joint owners of the property the person who wants to sell the property must give a preemption notice to the other Co sharers otherwise the notice will be set aside by the court. Please get in touch with us for more details
