The matter is related to Transfer of Charitable Religious Trust

Due to old age and medical condition the Settlor wants to transfer the Trust to some agency with similar objectives for running the Trust. How can it be done.
the trust may have its constitution and the transfer of the trust property shall be governed by the it's constitution. so go through the the constitution of the trust, you will find out how the trust property can be done.
