what is the case which is pending on the sessions court now.?? if they are not vacating the premises, give them legal notice to vacate and thereafter write a letter to the local police station asking for help and get them evicted.

This is my response to you: 1. Approach the high court and ask for interim reliefs; 2. Or ask the session court to expedite the process; 3. You can also take help of bmc authorities to evict the tenants; 4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
