Tenant filed case on owner under 151 cpc

I got a message that my tenant has filed a case on me under order 39 rule 1& 2 wrt 151 of cpc
If your tenant has filed a case against you then you shall receive summons from the Court soon or through an advocate. It is seeking relief of injunction against you. Well, if you have been duly informed, that, a case has been filed against you under the concerned provisions of the CPC, 1908, then, you must arrange a lawyer to defend yourself, otherwise, you may have to face legal complications in running your case
