Tenant dint pay rent for 11 Months and asking 1 year time to vacate

Rented a shop to a tenant, he dint pay rent for 11 months, he is saying when he get money he will pay us, we have a 11 Months agreement till end of April 2025, he his saying he will vacate only at March 2026.
1. Do i need to renew the agreement or not, as it is ending next month, so that in future if i want to raise a case against him do i need a rent agreement with me or don't renew the agreement at all .
How to proceed futher on this, Need a expert advice on this subject.
If the tenant failed to remit the arrears of rent for the past 11months, you could get him evicted from the premises; either you could seek the help of any civil advocate in your locality for this eviction process (or) you could get the rental agreement renewed if the tenant remits you the non paid rent back to you. You have to decide accordingly, and act as per your concerns about it.
