Temple Devasom Authorities claim a 12.5 cents land as temple land

We five families purchased 5 plots each 1200 sq ft to 1300 sq ft size totally 12.5 cents land and constructed houses. After 15 years tax/EB payments, now Temple authorities claim it is temple land.
There is a SC judgement that if the area occupied is less than 15 cents, it need not be considered illegal occupation if the possessionary rights more than 15 years. We want the judgement details.
Temple lands are well-protected. One cannot make claim against temple lands. You need to take action against the seller for cheating. Temple lands always remain with the temples and the same cannot be alienated in any way.
