Tahsildar ignored SDO orders of applying joint ancestral ownership.

17-Nov-2024 (In Property Law)
Will suit in civil court ( to order Tahsildar to effect earlier SDO order ) attract any court fees towards Catholic ownership ancestral lands, especially when a fraudster woman ( through fictitious marriage to deceased cousin) has bribed the Talathi and Tahsildar to fraudulently enter her name in fraud mutation ( without the awareness of the real owner) & has effected a conveyance deed to attempt to sell one of the lands to the I/O corrupt police relatives . Rate of court fee and refundable?

Of Course, Filing of any Suit in a Cilvil Court will attract Court fees which you have to pay as per the State fees Court Act, in which the Civil Court is located, like you are in Maharashtra, then, you have to pay the Court fees as per the Maharashtra Court fees act, If in Bombay Metropolitan, then, as per the Bombay Court fees Act.
