Suspected Misuse of Authority Over Assets in Saudi Arabia

07-Jan-2025 (In Property Law)
After my husband's death in Saudi Arabia, my in-laws took my signature and thumb impression, claiming it was needed to clear debts or handle unfinished tasks. I now suspect they misused it to create a Power of Attorney for his car or other assets without my consent. The car ownership was a private matter between my husband and me, so I don't understand how his parents and I are now listed as sharing the POA. I need help protecting my rights.

After the death of your husband the Power of Attorney becomes redundant and infructuous. Thus, it has now no effect, unless the same was used during his survival. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/assistance as regards the same.

Well, if you suspect that your In Laws have played a game with you and took your signature by misrepresenting certain facts to you with a malafide intent to cheat and commit Criminal Breach of Trust with you to create POA for his Car and other Assets, then, you can file a Civil Suit via my assistance.
