If you want to present your grievances to the judge directly in a succession case: 1. File an Application: Draft an application under the relevant provisions (e.g., Order 6 Rule 17 of CPC for amendment or adding grievances) and submit it to the court, specifying the false statements or documents (e.g., GPO). 2. Affidavit in Support: Attach a detailed affidavit explaining your grievances and supporting evidence. 3. Seek Court’s Permission to Speak: Politely request the judge during the next hearing for an opportunity to address the court directly or to present your submission. 4. Engage a New Advocate: If your current advocate is unwilling, consider hiring a lawyer who aligns with your interests. Would you like a format for such an application or affidavit? Adv. Appear yourself or change the lawyer. you can approach legal aid services also, if you don't want to spend extra money on new lawyer. Your question is incomplete though, not possible to help you exactly.

Hi! You should change your advocate. File a fresh Vakalatnama and have an application moved to check validity of the documents. If you are sure that all documents are false, you can do the above. An application for contempt of court can also be moved.
