Succession for my grandfather and grand mother asserts

10-Sep-2024 (In Property Law)
Can I make a claim for my grandparents assets? I'm the only son and have two younger sisters are married, and they're both well-off. However, my parents only give out the money and assets to my sisters. What can I do? Can I go after what's mine, or am I out of luck?

Ancestral property can be claimed. You have all the legal right to claim the property. If properly contested lawful Right over the property can be claimed. Documents and records have to be properly perused.
