06-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My father has died 3 months ago and he has written a will in 2020 which is registered by registrar. In his will he named ground floor and top floor (with roof ) for me and 1st floor and 2nd floor to my brother. Now what steps should i take so that no one can challenge the will and no other problem can come in future.

If Will has been propounded by your late father in your favour and property has been given to you, then you should get the property titles transferred in your name. Also NOC from other siblings, if any, who could be the legal heir of your father, would be required. You may go for the probate petition also. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks
