Stepmother act has natural gaurdian and sold the property

My father first wife(my mother) death after he married 2nd wife and she have one son. Later my father purchased 2 acre land in 2006. Later my father died on 2007, similarly father 2nd wife (stepmother) change the pouthi Katha and transferd the property to someone and also acted natural gaurdian on behalf of me in that time I was minor 13 years. Now my age is 29 can I challenge the sale deed, please advise thank u

Firstly there is a delay and you have to prove why the delay was then you can file a case against purchaser and stepmother etc for sell of inheritance property and Sur for entitled share in the property , consult advocate with all documents
