Step mother trying to take whole property, how to save it ?
31-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
There is a property dispute going on between my father and my step grandma. My grandma wants to capture all of our grandpa's property as she has the power of attorney. My father and his elder brother had been assigned to 40prcnt each of the property and 80 prcnt of the investment has been done by my father into the property i.e., the house in which we live. We are on the verge of loosing our house. Please help us ASAP.
you will have to file a title suit immediately. where is your grandfather? what is the nature of the POA? what are the other documents that you speak off by which 40% was assigned to your father? these are extremely relevant to the matter. so you better consult a lawyer in person.
Before dealing your question it in necessary to know:-
1. Who has given the Power of Attorney of your step Grandma ?
2. Is your Grandpa alive ?
3. You told "My father and his elder brother had been assigned to 40prcnt each of the property and 80 prcnt of the investment has been done by my father into the property".....Pls specify.
