Stay order property that was filed by my father years ago.

I'm from Bandra, Mumbai. Many years ago my father filed a stay order for a mosque that was being destructed due to some reasons. That mosque was small and not well developed. Now it has been redeveloped and people are saying it's my father's property. Now after constructing the mosque there's place for constructing 12 shops. Should we get that property? My father got missing after it was declared that it's his property. It's been 4 years and we did every possible thing but didn't found him. We are two Sisters and my mother. We are having a very difficult life. And one of my relatives who are financially good are trying their best to take over that property. They didn't even informed us. Today I came to know about all the things. I really need help. Please guide me. May Allah Ta'ala bless you.
