Stay order during a land property dispute

Hi, I need stay order from the court about me and my brother have a dispute in the court for my father's land property. can I take a stay order from the court with stop all activity such as cultivation the land and staying in the house which is in the same land? please suggest?
Yes definitely you can! By filing suit for temporary and perpetual injunction alongwith not to disposses from the said land in civil court of jurisdiction where the said land is situated. On perusal of the documents and submission of adv hon'ble court may grant stay.
