Stay order by my wife n daughter on my mother's self acquired property

My divorce case is pending, my wife n daughter r claiming property from my mother's self acquired property . My lawyer says there's a stay on it , is it possible?
An order of stay on the property which is the self acquired property of your mother is not possible if it is Prima facie apparent to be self- acquired. your wife and daughter might have shown to court that property as ancestral to them as well as to you and thereby Claimed that as co parsceners.
