Stay on demolition drive by MCF in Faridabad

I am a resident of a colony in faridabad ( bathrooms are constructed in backyard and I think it can be complied in MCF) There are also stilt flat more than 300 stilts are there half constructed 2 or 3 rooms & sold in POA basis. Recently high court has directed MCF to show the status about the case filed in highcourt by society for their action. MCF has ordered to demolish 1200 flats illegal unauthorised constructions they have also put a seal in 79 flats and asked for the reply of notices which we have already replied now what we can do to regularize it or to get a stay on it & fight for the same '
Hello.You can now appeal against the Demolition order of the HC before the SC and plead for the stay on that Order.The appeal time is 30 days from the the date of Order of HC.You can contact me if required throught details mentioned here.
