stay grated but case is still in admission stage

We purchased a land from a person.Later some other person with wrongful mindset took stay from high court although he knows he will loose the case.But the case is still in admission stage in high court from 15 years.what to do.
Dear Sir.. Can you please share your case file with us, so that we could analyse strengths in your case.. We have to know on what basis stay was obtained.. Then we have to see whether could we move to Supreme Court for getting the stay vacated..
