Started the case with the general GPA on a property dispute

09-Jul-2026 (In Property Law)
A property dispute in Bangalore. Since I am not residing there, gave a GPA wihout mentioning the scheduled property. The case started with the GPA and the judge is not happy about the GPA. My advoate should not have started the case with the GPA. Now What can I do in this case.?

If a judge rejects your General Power of Attorney (GPA) and your advocate is unresponsive, you should immediately ask the court for a written reason for the rejection. Obtain certified copies of the court orders. Then, hire a new, specialized attorney to rectify the document and present it properly

First find out the reason why the judge is not happy with that document of power of Attorney made by you. once that is done your choices that you can withdraw case And re file it after curing the defect in it. Another option is to prepare a proper GPA with the permission of court.
