Stamp Duty & Registration Charges on Cancellation Deed

I have entered into a registered sale deed agreement which is not executed but now on my own consent I told the seller to cancel the agreement, what will be the Stamp Duty and Registration charges to be paid for Cancellation Deed?

while registering the sale deed you might have paid the stamp duty and registration charges.
if both the parties are consenting to cancel the registered sale deed. You will be required to prepare the cancellation deed and approach the local advocate of your state as the stamp duty registration charges will be nominal and varies from state.
