Stamp duty on Agreement to sell and Sale deed

If Agreement to sell is registered what is the amount of stamp duty payable and for sale deed of the same property later on.

Stamp duty in Maharashtra​ is calculated based on the higher value between the property's market price and the ready reckoner rate, usually ranging from 5% to 7% of the property's value. Registration charges are set at 1%.
