I want to get a power of attorney registered in order to get rights to lease a property. The poa is with a non family member. What is the stamp duty and registeration charge for this type of poa - only leasing not sale?
100 rupees stamp paper the Power can be executed and it has to be notarised and registered. Documents have to be perused to tell the exact amount for registering the Power document. Power can be executed and registered. It can be notarised as well.
