Stamp duty if a brother transfers property to another brother

Respecred sir/madam, i had my property in faridabad (Haryana). It was transferd to my brother under some circumstances. But now the things have changed and my brother wants to transfer it back..so the question is...the property transfer (blood) act is still exist..mean will my property be transfered without any stamp duty..

Can I transfer property to my brother in India?
