Hello.
I have hired a lawyer for a documentation and dastavej for the shop i have purchased. Now Lawyer is asking me to transfer stamp duty and registration charges into his own account. Is it ok or safe to transfer those amount to his account or should i buy stamp paper myself from the bank?

if you know the lawyer personally then you can transfer. and there is also an option to pay stamp duty and registration fees payment online on the government official website. It is compulsory to pay registration fees online on govt. website. but stamp duty u can pay by purchasing physical e-stamp from government authorized stamp vendor also
