father having a property of one acre land and he is expired in 1993.can i enjoy benefits i have brother. iam having one brother and sister . the land is a assigned land my brother is having d form in his name . can i avail benifits . i wa born in 1943 and got married in 1960

Assuming that your father has died intestate and has not left behind a will, you have the right in the land of your father. File a suit for partition to claim your share in the land.
Enter into a family settlement, if possible.
