Son told to move out of house owned by parents

26-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
My husband has spent a lot of money in building up the house where we live. He has spent his money in buying things for home like tv, refrigerator, AC, washing machines, tiles, geysers, personal loans for the same etc. All these transactions were made online so he has a record of it. HIS Mother told him to move out of the house today. Can we do anything about it? It is a self owned home by his mother(Hindu laws)

However, if any thing her Son (your Husband has installed or purchased from his own pocket, he can demand it's value of or same thing to be returned back to him from her mother.

Well, you can move before Court for protection which will be granted and without due process, nobody can forcefully evict you from your residence. There are other aspects aswell which will be explained by your lawyer. Kindly approach an experienced lawyer in this case.
