Son claim property as living there for 30 years against other brothers

There is released Agricultural Land in the name of 5 brothers(Transferred from their father to 5 Sons).One brother(out of 5) is living there since last 30 years and has electricity connection too.Can he claim the full property?
Only one brother has no owner in the said land , only having electric connection then he has no owner of the said land and all the brotbers have equal share of the land. Mob. 9416464185 n name anil kumar

No he can not claim the entire share in the said property unless there is exclusive mentioned in his name only regarding the ownweship of the property.Mere having electricity and taking care of the land for last 30 years does not give him right to own the same.The father has divided the land between 5 sons,they will carry their respective rights on the respective land shares only.
