Hello,
Documents scrutiny is needed in this case with respect to what all documents you and the organisation are relying upon.
If in case you are not having any mother deeds then you can try to prove with possession I.e., called as adverse possession. If you are having any documents to prove that from ages you are owning and in possession of the property you have a point to defend the case.
Since its ancestral property see if all the family members have sold the property to the organisation if even one member of the family have not sold then that deed is void.
So you need to provide documents only then can clearly say what needs to be done.

Your question is vague and doesn't contain proper information to answer. So send clarification about your land whether it is an granted land to your grand father ? what is the extent of land your great grand father was owning ? did he executed any Will or Gift if it is his self acquired property ? Whether any acquisition process was done by the government on said land by granting compensation ? out of 2 acres how did you considered to grant only one acre and for what ? Come with more clarity and documents to our office for further action
