Someone claims ownership of a property that I had bought

Greetings sir! I purchased a commercial land 10 yrs ago at that time the land prices were slagging off and I got all the relevant documents viz. Sale deed, Intkal etc but suddenly one party claimed that it's his ancestors land and I have illegally purchased that land and he appealed in court and the court granted permanent injunction against my property this person only had a document called khasra girdawari and his name is written in Jamabandi as Kashtkar in which his deceased father's name is written I want to know that how can we get rid of this problem? This person lost the case of exactly similar nature from Judicial , District as well as from the high court but still he has filed this case please tell me the needful that how can I get rid of this quarrelsome person? Can caveat petition come to our rescue in future? Thanks

1. From whom you had purchased the land?
2. Was it a separate holding or joint holding?
3. How did the property came in the seller's name? Did the seller purchased it?
By looking at the stated facts you are the bona-fide purchaser and if someone is wrong is the seller....

You say that the purchased property is a commercial property. How come, you determined that it is a commercial property because a commercial property is different from other properties like residential, agricultural etc. As, you stated that your owned property is a commercial property then he cannot claim any right in the same on the basis of the document Khasra Girdawri as a Khasra Girdawri is a document, which pertains to agricultural land only, which is prepared every six months, wherein the crop produced in said land is mentioned by the Halqa patwari. As far as filing of the case is concerned, he can do so, however chances of his succeeding in the case are almost nil. .
