Solution needed for SAT for land case

15-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
I had handed over my case for SAT against lower district court regarding a land case to the attorney of  High Court back in 2017. It has been moved back to the lower bench soon after the first hearing date due to improper document submission, which was filled quickly thereafter by my attorney. Today we got notice from the lower district court for taking steps in following their order within 4th October 2018 and our next hearing date in the high Court as said by my attorney is on 1st October 2018, but my opposition party has claimed that they didn't received any notice from High Court. Neither I can see any hearing date or any filing of my case in the official website of the High Court. What should be my next step in case i Loose? Will i get any chance to make a move forward to Supreme Court? Is my Lawyer even doing right? I am helpless at the moment. Any help would be appreciated.
