Sold My Ancestral Property And Not Giving Any Right In New Properties

How can my father get his right in property? (Hindu) MY GRANDFATHER DIED WITH NO WILL LEAVING HIS 3 SONS BEHIND,MY FATHER WAS MINOR WHEN MY GRANDFATHER DIED ,THE ELDER BROTHER MY (UNCLE) SOLD ALL THE ANCESTRAL PROPERTY AND BOUGHT NEW PROPERTIES AND KEEPING ALL THE NEW PROPERTIES ON HIS NAME GIVING NO REGISTRIES TO REST 2 BROTHERS..YEARS HAVE BEEN PASSED AND MY UNCLE SAYS TO MY FATHER THAT ALL PROPERTY IS HIS AND HE WILL NOT GIVE ANY SHARE INTO IT ..SO I WANT TO KNOW HOW MY FATHER CAN TAKE LEGAL STEPS AND CAN GET HIS JUSTICE

you stated that your uncle sold all the Ancestral property after the death of your grandfather and when you're father was minor .now your father can file a partition suit and injunction suit against them.

hello client as you are saying tht ur uncle have sold all the properties belonging to your grand father. in this matter you need to go to court for the cheating which is been played upon on your father by selling the over all property of the share of ur father also . so you need to file a case im court for recovery of the over all share of the part of your father in peoperty if ur grand father .
