Sold car still in my name after 15 months of sale

I bought a car from Ring Road Honda on exchange offer. The old car is still in my name. It is being used and insurance has expired. The dealer is not transferring from my name and it is now 15 month from the sale. What should I do. I have written to RTO also.
First you should not have handed the car to dealer until name is transferred under new ownership name. This is your fault n you will

You should immediately get a legal notice issued to the dealer through a lawyer. The repercussions could be very very serious which might expose you to a motor accident claim for few lacs. Plus the vehicle is still running on the road in your name which might cast responsibility upon you for any mishappening occured.
