soil miningexcavation from agricultural land

22-Nov-2024 (In Property Law)
How much area should be left unexcavated along the perimeter of the land, so the farming on adjacent farms is unharmed. Is there any directions or guidelines as perthe UP state govt or maybe ministry of agriculture. If no area is left, the soil from adjacent farms will erode down to the now lower excavated farm. Thnx
