YOU WILL HAVE TO FILE CASE IN COURT AND TAKE ORDER FROM COURT SO AS TO FORCE THE UPPER-FLAT-OWNER TO REPAIR AND PAY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED TO YOUR SENIOR CITIZEN AUNT

IT IS UNFORTUNATE BUT THEN THE SOCIETY MANAGEMENT RARELY ACTS AND HELPS IN SUCH MATTERS

You should file complaint in the Registrar of cooperative society and send the copy of it to the
Society and the concerned flat owner. It is the duty of the Society to inform the flat owner and cooperate with her and if not then get the get the work done through the society's fund and recover it from the said flat owner.
