SOCIETY REFUSING TO ACCEPT MY MAINTAINANCE BILL

I have a ground floor flat which I purchased one and half year back and I am using it as a clinic as I am speech therapists the society has stop taking my maintainance for my such practice and also their had taken a written letter from my side that I shall use this flat as a residential purpose during name transfer in share certificate when there came to know that I shall using this flat for my practice what should I do I also not staying in that flat n stay with my parents I use the flat during my sessions hour and lock it up say around 10am to 9pm using an extra door from bed room facing compound please help

Have you obtained permission of society to use your flat for other than residential purpose? Have you registered your business/clinic withlocal authority? If not 1st get registered and try to get permission from society.

They had taken written letter from u to use the flat only for residential. The society is only for living purpose thatswhy they r not ready to use the flat for any othre reason because it disturb society people. U request your society chairman . There is no solution for that because u have given written consent .
