Can husband give flat on rent, if sole owner is wife, but in consent with wife, is it objectionable by housing societies
Wife can let her flat anybody.But if societies by laws prohibit for letting then member can't let his or her flat.Therefore if societies by laws provides for prohibition for letting of flat then society can take action against that member.

You you wish to give your flat which is in the name of your wife and registered same in the name of your wife in this situation you don't have right. you can give that flat on rent with registered rent agreement for with as Owner your wife signature required for that agreement. After agreement society can't deny for that..
As individual you don't have right legally.. due to wonership or your wife..
