Sisters signed RD in favor of brother.How can i get equal share in it?

Mother expired in 2013. We are 2 brothers and 3 sisters. My elder brother got RD signed from all 3 sister without my knowledge. Can they do that? Can my sisters any way get me equal share in the property?
in reply to your query you have option to file suit for partition of the property and challange the RD in the court of judicature. apply for your share in the property whether the property is movable or immovable property.

Yes. Since the Hindu Succession act was amended in 2005, women have an absolute share in their inherited property. A relinquishment deed can be cancelled by filing a suit for cancellation of documents with other reliefs. At the same time, a partition suit would be a better remedy to achieve your objectives.
