Sister's right in brother's property

Sir, My grandfather Died1998, before daughters rights,2005.his share into Grandmother+ his 3 sons WITHOUT 4 daughters .After grandmother her share in 3 Sons WITHOUT her 4 daughters.In 2015 All shares of sons divided by Court Degree.This is a Agricultural Land. Now present My Elder Uncle sell his All share .And I have registered Nagarpalica Residential Patta. My question are- 1) Is any Rights of my father's sisters and her Childrens? 2)Can they Stay on sell deed ? 3) How my father transfer his share into his Children?
Sir according to the law in the property of the father all the son and daughter have equal right on his property. You can get stay order on sale deed and on 3 question first of tell that the property is ancestral or self acquired then I will tell you the exact answer.
