Sisters not providing noc for registered will

17-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
Both my parents are no more. My mother had initiated a registerd will in my my favour of the property which was on her name from the beginning. Now I have two sisters and they do not agree to provide noc for the same. How can I get the noc and on what grounds do have chance to get the property distributed when I don't want to?

You should serve legal notice through a lawyer and then file suit for declaration and injunction and have to prove the Will in accordance with law. Your sister will get no share if the Will is prove. Alternatively you could get the Will probate. For details and or legal help you may contact me if so desire.

You may file a probate of will in the court of law and let them contest the probate of will in the court if they are not providing with the NOC. The witness who have witnessed the last will in your favour will be examined in the court and there statements will be recorded.
