Respected Sir I am having two married sisters so myquestion is that they have legal rights to be treated them as rear heir while distribution/division of acestral land and house properties .kidly letme know about this technicalpoints. Thanks

Yes.. Your sisters will have equal share in the ancestral property as being the heirs. When a person dies intestate (i.e. without making a will) then all the heirs will have equal share in the property.

Hello. Yes your sisters whether they are married or not are the coparceners and they have equal rights just like you in the ancestral property. They may claim their shares in the ancestral property. While distributing property equal shares would be appropriated by each person whether it is brother, sister or widow mother if surviving.
