Sister wants to divide already partitioned and registered land

We are 3 sisters,we got 3 equal share of our father property after his death 25 years back.we also registered that in revenue records.now one of sister make a petition in court that we are entitling the land in 40 survey no.till now so please appoint the commission to divide that. Now what we do?
See if the property has already been partitioned by metes and bounds and duly registered and mutated and there are no pending encumbrances then you have nothing to worry about and attempt to disturb the settlement would be a futile attempt. Just make sure that you have all the documents intact.
