Sister not allowing to enter parents property or giving share

My father died in Feb.2006 without will.. Mother died in 2011.. We are three brothers all married.four sisters ,three alive. All have our names with patwari on instal.One of our sister reside in the house .As help we allowed her to use our part of house . I am living in rented house in same city .My younger brother living with family in a house provided by the employer. When my brothers or me go to that house constructed by our late father, she start abusing badly.
