Sister in law not leaving property

64 sq yds property was in the name of my father after the death of my father, my brother transferred property in my name through registered deed.
But my sister in law is not leaving the property and living there illegally. Kindly guide me for the same how can i get the property free from her.
Also at the time of Demonetization she took the sum of 28 lakh cash and 2 gold biscuits from my father.

with regard to your query, you can get the property vacated which has been transferred in your name by your brother by filling a civil/diwani suit against your sister in law. 100% you will get your property vacated. with regard to the sum of 28 lakhs and so on you can also claim against her
