am in big trobule. plz help me. my father died 1997. and i have 3sister all are married. one sister case file in howrah that she wants a part of our father assets. what should i do,? i live in howrah.. hindu.

As per law daughter is also entitled to claim share in father's property and in your case also as per succession act your sister is entitled to claim share in father's property. Until and unless your sisters relinquish their interest in father's property they are legally entitled.
