Sir. My case is dismissed twice as the plaintiff did not contend. The first dismissal was reopened by the plaintiff. But he has sold the property to two persons when the case was on. What should I do now?

Stay petition should have been filed by them to keep the property in abeyance. If the Stay is alive and the property was sold in the meanwhile, the sale is ifnructous and also the seller can be punished. The sale is null and void.
