Sir.
My case is dismissed twice as the plaintiff did not contend. The first dismissal was reopened by the plaintiff. But he has sold the property to two persons when the case was on. What should I do now?
We should notify the same before the Court of law by filing the required petition. The sale is infructous and can be declared null and void only if the property is under Stay order. Seller can also be punished for the same.
