Sir actually my nana died 30years ago and now only my nani is alive And I'm only son form his dynasty and i want to know that does I have right in her property..... Because her sisters sons are trying to get property...... Tell me that who have legal right of property
Dear Sir.. After the death of your maternal grandfather, your mother and your Nani would be have claim on his property, but if there is any will, then the property would be distributed in accordance with the will.. In case of any queries you can contact me.

as u told that your mother was the only child of her parents and you are the only child of your parents hence you have the right to have the property of your nani. your nani's sister's son right comes after you. you have the first legal right.
